Hello, I'm Edwin Ramirez

I have been a teacher for 20 years, I have always taught music lessons, and I started teaching guitar lessons. If I had to choose another career, I would have been a visual artist, in fact, I am a music producer and I am happy with my profession. Sometime after I started teaching guitar lessons, someone asked me if I taught piano lessons, I knew how to play the piano, but I had never taught a piano lesson before, after thinking about it and analyzing my skills, I decided to take the challenge, I was not entirely sure, but I already had some experience, If I hadn't taught guitar lessons before, I wouldn't have accepted; the truth is that it was a challenge because it is a very different instrument, I had to deal with techniques and new goals and I had to adapt to teaching a music class in a different way; the task was not easy but after some time I managed to adapt; then I was called to teach some classes at an academy, I would not have been called if I had not taught the piano class, it was my student who recommended me.

Today I am a teacher in a school, I teach music class, but since last year a small change was proposed to me, this was teaching the arts class, another challenge in my life because I had also never taught an arts class before, I would not have accepted if I had not studied drawing and painting when I was young. I was worried about finding many obstacles, but the experience was very pleasant, and I ended up enjoying it, so much so, that this year I am the head teacher of the subject.

I have always accepted changes, I am a flexible person, and I see challenges as opportunities to grow and learn if I have the knowledge and skills necessary to do my job well.
